St. Charles expanded its students in service through mentorship, tutoring and sustained personal support of economically disadvantaged students in 6th, 7th, and 8th grades. Through a combination of cross-age peer mentoring and adult mentor support, the MBK Mentoring Program will work with 30 students from Columbus Collegiate Academy – Main St (CCA). CCA is an exemplary charter school who excels at closing the education gap for poor and working class families.
